Sunday Funday and Monday Memories!

After the first two days of Ashlee and I Chicago trip, it was time to explore the final two days. During the last two days, we made a lot of memories. I can say that our last two days were longer than the first two! I even had to buy me some shoes because my feet were killing me! I can say it was all worth it, and I would live every second of those two last days in Chicago again!

Day 3

Day 3 of our trip, we decided to start the day with some early morning worship. Thanks to my sister we went to All Nations Worship Assembly! All I can say is, WOW this church was amazing. I’ve never seen people lined up waiting to get in the church. Once, we got in, we did have to sit in the overflow, but it was worth it. With the powerful singing and message, tears instantly ran out my eyes. I’m so thankful that we started our day off by attending All Nations Worship Assembly.

After church, we changed our outfits and headed out for a bite to eat! The Mexican place we ate at was delicious! After eating Mexican, we had a taste of the famous Garrett popcorn. My favorite flavors were cheesecorn and buttery! Following Garret’s Popcorn, it was time to explore the Chicago Loop and Navy Pier!

Day 4

Wow, the last day in Chicago was one to remember! On our last day, we went to Sky Deck, Chinatown, and we ended our night with an excellent seafood low country boil! Sky deck was super fun, and I was glad that Ashlee and I beat the long lines! Chinatown had a lot of tasty food, and we did most of our souvenir shopping in Chinatown. We ended our night with seafood. Was the seafood pricey, yes but it was worth every penny!

I love Chicago!

Chicago was worth all the walking and money that I spent! I would tell anyone to visit Chicago. I plan on going back to Chicago one day. I left Chicago with a smile and joy. Cheers to mini trips and memories that will last forever.
