A Holiday Season to Remember

I love this time of year. The weather is getting colder. It’s a great time to shop, and Thanksgiving is right around the corner. My birthday and Christmas is in December, and a new year is approaching. I don’t know about you, but I’m excited. I plan to make this holiday season one to remember, and you should do the same. To make this holiday season one to remember, we can all do simple things such as be thankful, find joy in giving, and celebrate!

Be thankful in this holiday season. I’m grateful for family, friends, shelter, food, and the list goes on! During this holiday season, let joy come with the things we’re thankful for, and avoid complaining. Complaining is a burden, but being thankful brings peace. While being thankful this holiday season, it’s essential to show small or big appreciation to the things and people who we are grateful for and appreciate.

I use to be a give me queen, but now I find more joy in being a queen that gives to others. Find happiness in giving because once you give blessings will start to flow not only for you but also for others. During this time of year, a lot of people don’t have a lot. So be a blessing and put a smile on the face of those who might need it! It doesn’t always have to be with money. You can donate items, give your time by doing volunteer work, or doing random acts of kindness.
