When I say shoot your shot, I’m really saying have faith and go after some major or even small goals! Imagine being on a court alone with just you and God, and you have different balls with goals on them. You might fear missing some shots, but what if you make some, if not all. The point is to truly step up, and make the first move. Are you letting fear stop you from going after what you really want?
There comes a time in life where you have to put faith over fear! Yes, that sounds easy but it can be a little scary. Time waits for no one, and why just sit around as if time is going to slow down just for you? That doesn’t happen and now it’s time to apply pressure. Being stuck is easy, but when it comes to shooting your shot, it’s game time!
Step in the game, and go get it! What are you afraid of? Stop letting fear and doubt hold you back. If you want the career job, dream car, successful relationship, or whatever else you have as a goal, first pray and shoot your shot! I do believe that if we just step up and go forward while trusting God, he will make our prayers comes true or simply bless us with better! God is on our team.
Pray and go! Faith without works is dead. Have faith and know that the type of favor God has on our life will protect us and also bless us with more than we could ever asked for. When I say shoot your shot, I’m not only saying that for you, but I’m also saying that for myself. In reality we might miss some shots, but the right shots will always make it through.
Be encouraged and know that you’re not too young or too old to accomplish some major goals. Keep your faith strong!
