Just A Little Advice

A female recently came to me and asked what advice would I give someone in their younger twenties. If I’m not mistaken she was 22 or 23 years old. I’m thinking, I’m in my twenties also, but not as young as she was. She told me that I was very mature, and she noticed that I always kept myself together. I said well, I can tell you this, trust God, regret nothing, and live.

Trust God, it’s simple. Whatever you do, trust God! In every season, God is going to be with you. In life, we will have ups and downs, but trust God through it all. Trusting God will not only bless you, but it will also save you. A lot of times we trust ourselves and things can go wrong, but I do believe even when it looks bad, trusting God can turn situations around for the better.

Regret nothing, let me make this point clear. The older I become, I realize that everything has been a lesson or blessing in disguise. It’s important to forgive others and yourself constantly. Don’t hold a grudge, and take ownership if you were involved in the problem. Try to think twice before you act! Again, trust God and pray before everything so you won’t feel the need to regret something.

“Live,” as I love to say on every trip! Live, Baby Live! Travel often whether you have big or little money. Enjoy new places, meet new people, and try new things. Ask yourself am I living or existing? Take the photos, record the experiences, and enjoy life. Time is constantly flying by, so I encourage you to live.

I’m glad I was able to give her a little advice, it’s always a great time to inspire.
