It’s crazy how us queens can be the boss without being the boss! Let me make it clear, let’s showcase our confidence and let our presence be known in every room. Some women fit in, but the boss up queens always stand out. It’s not about the position we have, the title we hold, it’s about our presence speaking boldly and loudly when we enter any room. So, if you already don’t know, let me tell you how to boss up queen.

How do you enter the room, and do they remember when you leave? I always like showing up put together. It’s no half stepping for me. Looking my best also makes me feel my best and with that brings confidence.  Bossing up is not showing up with rollers in your hair or in a bonnet. I’m sorry not sorry.  You never know who you might meet or who you might see. In other words, keep it classy queen. Leave your mark in every single room. “Be classy. Don’t settle, because you deserve the best. When it comes to handling your business don’t cheat yourself and don’t let others cheat you. Don’t let others treat you like trash when you’re the whole fine dining experience. Don’t settle when it comes to friends, relationships, or anything that makes you feel less than a queen. You heard it from me, you deserve the best.

 Knowledge is power! The more you know, the further you will go. Educate yourself. Whether you went to college or not, there are resources that are currently available. When bossing up you’re also elevating yourself. There is no need to stand at ground level when you start making smarter moves and walking into bigger places. Find out the facts and start moving up queen.

Be a leader! Stop fitting in with those who follow and start leading the pack. Walk and talk with confidence and with your head held high! Be someone that helps others and not hurt them. Don’t settle, because those who settle never enjoy the best things in life. Start learning more, and doing more so you can experience more. Not only talk the talk but also walk the walk!
