With growth, I’ve become wiser when it comes to the way I dress, act, and who I associate myself with. I love it when others say that I’m classy because I know that it is true. Don’t get me wrong; I wasn’t always as classy as I am now. If I can keep it real, I had my hot mess days. I’m thankful for my grow up and glow up!
Do they see me or just my body? I went through a period where I loved my short shorts, extra tight dresses, and anything that would show some cleavage. Now all I care about is others seeing this joy and glow that radiates with my presence. Not just by the way that I dress, but my overall appearance became more prestige. Are you rich? Are you wealthy? Your father must be a king. When you step out, do you ever wonder what people think about your appearance? It might not be a big deal to you, but your appearance is essential. You can be classy with a lot of money or a little bit of money. It’s all how you act and what you decide to put on! Remember, you can be fabulous on a budget, and good manners never go out of style.
You’re too pretty to have a nasty mouth. What you say can make you look good or bad. The way I speak and the words I choose to say grabs attention. I realize that my mouth should be just as clean as my white teeth. Other than not using profanity like it’s an addiction, I make sure always to respect my elders and others around me. Although I don’t agree with everybody, I know how to disagree with certain people and keep it classy at the same time.
Ladies, do you have some queens on your team? I do! I’m thankful for all the classy women in my life. The women in my life believe in having standards, setting boundaries with others, and waking up to slay even on a rainy day. You won’t catch them splitting. Even on their off days, they are still on. Having a classy circle can help you and also inspire you to continue to grow and glow! Classy women are winning!
I’m classy, and I like it! This is my winning season, and it will continue. Being a Godly woman, I desire to carry myself a certain way! I take pride in the way I dress, acting in a way that earns me respect and surrounding myself by women who know their worth. It feels good to be growing and glowing. I guess with age I only get better and wiser.
This is good. Even when it comes to running mourning errands or going to Wal-Mart, you have helped encourage me to always look presentable and your best. It can be a nicer outfit, fixing hair, or even adding a touch of makeup. I noticed that the better I dress/carry myself, the better I get treated and more respect I receive. Excellent blog post.
