A Blessing Not a Burden

It’s time to fall back! The time is changing and before watching my mother change all the clocks, I felt like blah. I had to catch myself and stop thinking about why I didn’t want time to change and start to realize time won’t stop my plans, victories, or blessings. Even with the time change, God is still good. These longer days might actually be a blessing and not a burden.

“Anything you do in life, it’s all about managing your time.” -Tonya Brown Time is important and trust me, it can slip away from us quickly. The older I become; I realize time waits for nobody. With the time changing, I must manage my time. If I want to get a lot more done, I have to look at my calendar and make sure that I’m checking off what’s important. I can’t let these days miss me without getting some important things and fun accomplished.

Protecting my peace! All negativity must go. I think blocking and stopping things and people quickly can protect your peace. A lot of people aren’t going to be happy, so don’t let them rub off on you. The time is changing, days are feeling longer, so don’t let others drain you! If the days are getting longer, choose peace, happiness, and surround yourself with good people.

Staying in the word! Whew, without Jesus I don’t know where I would be. Prayer is so important, and it works! If you believe in what you’re praying for, God can break some chains off of you, open and close doors in front of you, heal your body, and the list goes on! Prayer is power! The time is changing, but the word will never change!

I’m currently waking up now looking at the time change as a blessing not a burden.God had to remind me that nothing is changing but the time. His faithfulness is still the same.
